Ditch your office chair at work

Many of us who work behind the desk knows what its like to sit for prolong hours on our office chair. For me, my back begins to ache if I don't get up and walk around and have a bit of a stretch. Now, with this new invention, Treadmill Desks, we can exercise while we work! Just ditch your office chair and walk on the treadmill all day while you work. It's such a great idea!
